In a world that glorifies hustle and grind, I help women embody and flow. Through dance, I create a space for women to explore their bodies, self and take ownership of their feminine freedom with FEMethod, a process I developed to explore the dynamics of the masculine and feminine in life, love, and sensuality.

We are feminine, creative and sensual beings who nurture, support and give guidance. We empower through our courageous hearts and heal through our embrace.
Your body is your temple and should be treated as such. With all the negative impacts we go through on a daily basis, it's up to us to keep our fitness, nutrition and our womanly health in check.
Life is one big adventure that feeds our soul. Whether it's trying a new restaurant or sky diving, adventure keeps us exhilarated, adds to our motivation and deepens our relationship with the world around us.
Relationships come in many different forms and are so unique that it begs the question - how can I support this relationship even more? From family to friends, co-workers to strangers, our relationships add to our personal growth and expansion.
The family unit is that, a unit. It's an ever expanding, breathing, living entity that brings us happiness and challenges every day. That is the beauty of family and to give ourselves the opportunity to focus on this Principle is enormously important.
Whether you're a career woman, a stay-at-home mom, or shifting into a new direction, we have so much to offer the world in many capacities. It's easy to be in our masculine energy but if we lead from our feminine while dipping into the masculine when necessary, we can grow exponentially and support those around us to grow.
Tons of focus usually goes into finances, budgeting and making more and when we realize that money is just a currency exchange, we can get rid of the limiting belief of scarcity and move into abundance.
There is a reason Ancients lived in tribes, moved together, ate together, hunted together and cared for each other. We have become so busy in our day to day lives that some of us have lost the sense of true community. It takes effort to cultivate and once you do so much more can be created.
Beliefs and Being
Our beliefs shape us into who we are, how we connect and what we put our focus on. It's our true nature even when shrouded in colorful blankets. Your beliefs are yours and the acceptance of another having their own beliefs is what it means to love your neighbor. You don't have to be religious, you don't have to be spiritual, you don't have to be anything other than your values.
We don't judge here, we support.
